Rick has been so motivated these past 6 months to get healthy and in shape. He has lost close to 30 lbs since the beginning of the year!!

It's good that he is motivated cause I'm sure not, I am a big blub-a-dub and can't get myself off the stinkin' couch when I get home from work lately. HELP!!

Rick did awesome and I actually think the triathlon thing is kinda addicting. November will rock. I'm glad we got a new recruit.

That's awesome! Great job Rick! David and I are going to attempt to be on a triathalon team in Sept...the full monty just makes me tired thinkin of it, so we'll just do the 5K. Yeah, we're wannies. Hah! But anyhow, kudos to Rick :)

We got to hang out with carrie and her boys at the Thorns house about a week ago - and she told us about her's and ricks accomplishment - it really makes me want to do something like that! Awww well, maybe some day! Fun pictures!
